Hacking AP Patched Pokemon 2 Won't Work

Hey, I've got a DS Lite, and am using an old R4i Gold card (clone) from r4ids.com, with Wood R4 1.52 running on it. I have to launch a .NDS version of Wood R4 1.52 on it because for some reason, no games work if I don't launch the .NDS file, they get stuck on a "Loading" screen. I have AP patched Pokemon White 2 and Black 2, but when i try to run them, they get stuck on a black and white "Loading" screen. When i load Pokemon 2 Clean copies, they work absolutely fine.(Besides from the fact they freeze because of AP)

Any Ideas? Also if anyone has Wood R4 1.64 in a .NDS format, could they supply me a link? They show up as "Unknown Files" when I try to encrypt it myself.

Never mind, I fixed it myself. If anyone else has the same problem, I just downloaded the DS Scene Rom Tool (google it) and got myself a clean copy of Pokemon 2. I opened up the tool and AP Patched it. Put it on my flashcart, into my DS and it loaded up. It doesn't even freeze or lag which is beautiful
