Misc AOSS on orginal DS

I still have to Orginal Ds and I finally got Wifi but you have to have WEP to get on Wifi with DS. I don't want to put my security that low so i was going to try AOSS on my router. Does this setting even work for the DS? Is there a specific way to get it to work because it doesn't seem to be connecting for me. The weird think is my DS thinks my security is WEP but its not.

I recall it did work with AOSS. DS only supports wifi(b), With WEP. It is a hardware issue and cannot be patched(as far as I know). if you do use WEP look into mac filtering. also if you have an android/phone with a tethering plan, just use that, as it has shorter range.
