Hacking Anyway to -censor- No More Heroes NTSC?

I already beat it on Bitter, and am wondering is there anyway to remove the blood through Trucha since the blood drops the framerate horribly (especially when I want all the battle scenes to be smooth) and I don't want to download a 4.4 GB PAL version and lose my save file.

Any help? Thanks.
