Hacking Anyone with an Old Wii Nand?

Okay i need a nand back up from a working wii thats old mines is launch wii so i guess i need something in that range i can't seem to fix my wii at all with the nand formatters. So trying a different approach.

Nobody will give you their NAND because of security concerns. You could get their console banned if you cheated in an online game, for example.

Also NAND is uniquely tied to each Wii. There are ways to convert NAND from Wii A to Wii B but it does not work 100% and is very risky (with you permanently bricking the Wii).

if you have your own console's keys (from a NAND dump, or using xyzzy) you can create a clean NAND from scratch with ohneschwanzenegger and put your keys on it, then restore that clean nand.

Maybe it will require a dump of your NAND too, to know the bad block map.

chances are he wouldnt need anyones nand if he had his own nand

He should make a new NAND dump (even with the non working System menu, etc., to get a new blocks map/keys) so he is sure which blocks are marked good/bad.
Though, he said even bootmii is not working, so at this stage he can't even restore a backup if bootmii can't launch. If he can launch bootmii then he can create a new dump as based/key, and restore a clean dump.

Then he follow what LWares87 explained.

Apparently, you already tried to restore a clean NAND, but it didn't work.
