They are based in Los Angeles in the U.S, so it will probably take over 2 weeks. You have plenty of better options. In fact, you can probably just buy flash cards on the streets in Japan.

This is a half month old topic... To answer above, I was always answered back within 2hrs
of using the message system they have on contact page.

I would like to extend my thanks to TC for their product and Dealwoot for supporting it.
