Hacking Anyone familiar with the code dump error?

I have been getting this with a few discs, MadWorld being the last one.

I pop the disc in and no matter what settings or launcher I am using as soon as I launch the game I get a black screen with a series of numbers, the only thing that stand out is a script that says "CODE DUMP ERROR"

Any idea what causes it? Any remedies?

Usually that only happens when you push reset..on certain loaders..

Personally, i've never seen nor heard of that error reoccuring

I had that problem a few times with a bad burn disc... It wasn't a normal bad burn... I think it was when I was using DVD+R but I hadn't changed the booktype to DVD-ROM

are you using DVD-r or DVD+r media type ? and if you are using DVD+r did you change the settings of your DVD burner book type ??

I saw the core dump error when I tried to run the Wii fit (Taiwan Chinese Version DVD) on my US Wii and balance board. After I forced NTSC in the gamma launcher, the problem disappeared.
