I'm making my own archive collection, for future reinstallations. I'll never have to touch my disc collection again hopefully. But I haven't "felt" any speed increase in load times over using the disc versions, but that's a minor caveat.

jeez man... you need to get some rest.

- did you download already made packs from online? or, how else did you find no ticket?
I was using nusgrabber and just downloaded the games i want. The one in question was tokyo mirrage sessions #FE. I was sure there would be a ticket for it, but there wasn't.

Bro, i was scared like you, but my father told me to do the dangerous things on my Wii U, and i did, but i was scared from the home electricity, because if the home electricity shuts down, the Wii U shuts down, if that happened when you install a game with WUPinstaller, then say good bye to your Wii U because it's BRICKED, but hopefully the home electricity didn't shut down and the install is successful :)

You must do it, you must be courage, you must be brave, do it, you will get changed when you do it, trust me friend :)
The WiiU won't brick on power loss during installation.
If the installation aborts for whatever reason, just go to data management in your WiiU settings.

It will report some useless files and ask you to free the space.
Just answer yes and try again.

There were no reported bricks until now. It's almost impossible to brick by installing a GAME.
Just never ever try to install a system title!

Thanks for the help guys! @Zelock explained to me why this has a little chance of bricking me if I install to a HDD. Thanks again!

The only problem I have is downloading games then converting them to the .WUD to put into the Wii U. Could anyone help me there?

Im so happy this thing came out, my biggest sd card was 32 gb, so i couldnt have many games at once, i still use loadiine for games that havent had their tickets released, like terraria

I tried this once and ended up with corrupted data on the nand that won't delete. I'm assuming I have to reset all data on my wii u now?

Not a fan of that idea at all.

I think I'll wait for full IOSU implementation

Did you not install to an external HDD?

I have had a failed install before. But it just affected my HDD (Space taken up by something i can't remove without format)
But nothing was affected on the nand

You don't need to convert them to .wud

I know. @Zelock explained it to me again.

Nintendo could compare the .tik files against your eShop purchases, and either remove them, ban your console, or both. Maybe even your NNID.
But this would require that nintendo can "see" you. So with blocked ip one should be fine i think. Back to my question: is it legit to download games you own as a disc?

For me this new method was just fucking great. I have way more USB connectable hard drive space than SD card space. Also SD card loading has a lot of problems, Star fox zero EUR does not work right even with all attempts to fix it, and so on. ANYTHING I CAN, I WILL install on USB, since the games are meant to be played digitally over USB drive or nand as well as disc. Also any online titles retain their online capability.

BUT, I still do have my Loadiine setup, albeit I have a LOT of free space on my 64 gig SD card. Region free is still not something you can do without loadiine, and I FUCKIN LOVE my region free. Other thing that is doable with loadiine is custom mods like uncencor/undub - I would not enjoy Tokyo Anime Sessions without that. So I use loadiine a little for what it does but rest are best over USB, space being the main factor of course. I am waiting for full IOSU from whoever who makes it first, AND GOOD (Salt, currently?) and that will be halal and stuff,

I'm waiting to see if the IOSU release will allow a WiiU and vWii partition before committing. I have some other HDD's but would rather keep everything on my single 500GB if possible. Also, I'd have to re-download a good amount of my content from NUS which will take quite a while, unless there's a way to utilize the .wud's I already have.

To be honest i'm still using my game discs, i only play a couple of games, all of which i own. I probably will get these digitized for convenience in the future though.

Loadinne is obviously still useful for loading DS games for example.

Use what ever works best for you I say.

Won't installing the DS games like Wii U titles work?
