Homebrew Anybody know a perfect region change method?

I'm pretty sure Ronhero said that the region changed N3DSes he was selling were capable of accessing the eShop normally without patches like Cosmo3DS. I remember him saying in one of the threads that it was because he used a different method to change the region. Does anybody know this or a similar method, or if you've bought one of those N3DSes can you confirm whether or not it can access the eShop without Cosmo and a secureinfo change?

I don"t think there"s a "perfect Region Change" method or at least one that is public in case what you said is true.
But in an Original 3DS you can Region Chnage and inject a Legit SecureInfo_A/B (you should use one of your same console model and version) to work without Signature Patches, and then you can enable the eShop in the new region with some methods and after that you can use it without patches.

the only perfect solution is to swap 3DS motherboards with one of the region you want.
