Homebrew Any way to stream to Android?

I saw you can stream your 3DS to PC with Nitro Streamer. Is there a way to do this with Android? I have an Nvidia Shield TV in my living room, and I think it would be awesome to stream it directly to that so I could play on the big TV.

IMO casting takes too much bandwidth when trying to stream over Wi-Fi. Unless you have a connection in the GB you're going to get terrible bottlenecks and a really shitty throughput = lag for days. Just stream to ONE device over wi-fi and WIRE it to the TV with HDMI or something (They sell mini USB to HDMI cables)

You could just movd your pc to your tv and hook it up via hdmi if you can do that. That's what i use, and i just control it with a ds4. If you have an xbox one it also works on that.
