Is there any way to hack streetpass so that you can like streetpass with no other 3ds/2ds??

Edit: Like i wish there was a thing like a menu where you can add people to your streetpass (kinda like find me has a playcoin to mii thing)

I have never, ever heard of anything called "WorldPass". ("Homepass" used to be popular, but that stopped working when Nintendo deactivated the StreetPass relays.)

The only real option at the moment is "StreetPass 2", which is really just copying other people's StreetPass data using Godmode9.
