Hacking Any way to extract .bin?

Hey guys, today i was looking for some .bin archives, from a copied save game of Rock Band 2, and i spent some freak hours now breaking my head trying to extract those .bin and .dat files. I've read a lot, downloaded a lot of programs that said it should extract those files and i'm almost sure that i can't extract them, but i still need to clear this doubt...
Is there a way to extract them? Sorry for the question, but i really got bored of searching, goddamn google...

yes you can extract save file .bin you need FE100-1.2b and a dump of your keys.txt
