Didn't Nintendo get rid of that a few updates ago?

I'm pretty sure the 7.X update got rid of the limit.

I try to do a system transfert an i read all the information and i don't see a limit or something like that....

A Question can we sys transfert back to a 3ds ?
For example i do a ST
3DSXL-->2DS
7days later.
2DS--->3DSXL
