My PS2 disc drive is still working just fine even after 10 years of work, but would be better to simply load the Unlauchelf file manager from MC. I've saw a bunch of tricks and tutorials, none worked for me.

My PS2 is a Slim model, chipped with the modchip Matrix Infinity v1.93
NTSC-J
Model SCPH-90006
Serial nº HE2243885

I have a bootable DVD with Ulaunchelf v4.38. I have three MCs (8MB each), two are original from Sony (alread full) and other is third party brandless but works (can i use this?).

You should be able to use the "DEV1" feature of the chip to run BOOT/BOOT.ELF from memory card 1, yes (by holding R1 while turning on the power, or changing your boot options to make it default)

I'm pretty sure i alread tried this and almost worked. Renamed the unlaunchelf.elf to BOOT.ELF and put into a folder called BOOT inside the MC0. Removed the disc and powered on holding R1. After the Matrix splash screen the normal PS2 boot intro didn't played and it stayed black for a while, but then it got me into the PS2 Memory Card brower screen.

How to acess the config menu of Matrix Infinity. Also, i heard opening this screen might break the modchip, is that true?

Power + circle + triangle, I've read

It's not a problem if you actually have a Matrix; but some bad clones have indeed been reported to brick while saving settings (some other clones simply don't save them, others have no trouble); and no, you must open the console to be sure (even the better clones like the Modbo 4 just say Matrix on-screen)
