I had read around a little bit and I came across a article where a kid had been using his ak2i online while playing mario kart and suddenly his DSi stopped working. Maybe this was some kind of factory problem, but I was just wondering if there's any way nintendo can detect who's playing with the acekard and if they could do anything about it? Im asking because I would like to play some of the games that I have online, but I would not risk my DSi just to do so. Thoughts?

There are times you will be disconnected using a Nintendo DSi. I was browsing GBATEMP.NET when I got disconnected. I wonder if I do system firmware update and then the DSi disconnected. Sue Nintendo

That would be a problem with your wireless router.

I'm on Pokemon right now battling someone, so it's bullshit.

yea, theres no way to tell, i used to play Pokemon Diamond online on my old DS all the time. i used the Bloody Diamond (?) romhack (i think thats what it is lol) and i tested it with my cousin. he couldnt tell i was using the hack, as my player showed up normal. on mine it had hacked color scheme. so theres no way anyone online could tell. and nintendo doesnt monitor NDS games online. there more worried about patching Wii hacks lol

I had a similar problem. When I was playing Mario Kart online on my dsi the acekard2i died. Now I have another. I live in Portugal and now i use an r4i-sdhc upgrade revolution to play online and acekard2i to play offline because is more compatible whit the new games.
