On 3DS? Not much (well, there was FreeShop with one of the best UIs that also wasn't a bad ripoff of the official console's one, but you can't exactly try it anymore without major mods), the golden age of console homebrew is on the DS/PSP/Wii (allegedly GBA and Xbox too)
