My new 3ds on 11.4 and I want to install hb any help

CFW is recommended, which can be installed on 11.4 following one of these methods (listed from easiest to hardest):

1. ntrboot method
2. DSiWare method
3. Hardmod method

If you want to use CFW, the three methods above are your only options on 11.4, period.

If you want to run limited homebrew on your 11.4 3DS without installing CFW, you can use one of these exploits. If you don't already have certain applications installed from awhile back, then you're going to have to buy one of a number of specific games if you don't already have one.

As I said, CFW is recommended, and installing CFW might be your cheapest and easiest option.

Sorry but Nintendo has us homebrewers in checkmate above 11.3. There's still some possible entry points. GameStops around the US have pre-owned copies of Cubic Ninja for 30ish bucks, if you're interested.
