Hardware Any head sets that work fully?

So I'm looking for a head set for my son to use when playing fortnite, however all the reviews on amazon for the ones I'm looking at say the talk feature does not work on the switch you can listen but not speak?
Will any work or is a feature not available on the switch?

Fortnite has built in chat. In general 99% of switch games don’t.

Can anyone tell me if they have a working headset that allows chat feature?
