Any good widgets?

    Ok. My homescreen on my xperia play is dull. Ive tried changing the background to spice things up a bit but still seems dull. So I discovered widgets but sadly most of the widgets are cheesy and tacky (e.g. clock widgets. Whats the point when they ll have the same aim... to tell the time?)

    So are there any good widgets out there?

    What type of widgets are you looking for ? On the market you can find many , HD Widgets , Weather widgets , etc.

    Battery status widget donate version lets you change the widget theme for the battery, right now mine is the spy from TF2 ;)

    Something fun or useful. Widgets about battery or weather is not useful to me. Things like turning wifi on/off or turning brightness on/off etc. Or anything fun

    Try the Extended Controls Widget for turning on/off various things.

    If you're into media, get PowerAMP and use the large widgets on one of your screens. I also recommend Launcher Pro to use as a home screen, it's a great launcher! If you're interested, the donate version has it's own widgets that can also be themed. :)

    EDIT: I forgot to mention, even though PowerAMP is a 15 day trial, it won't become useless after that. It's fully functional, it just gives you an annoying pop-up like WinRar does after it's trial.
