Hacking any good mp4 apps for r4?

:/...IIRC there was only ever ONE homebrew that could play mp4 videos...without sound and at 15 fps and had to be pre-converted before it was the right specs for the player. You are much better off converting to .dpg and using Moonshell2.

The DS is not powerful enough to play MP4 videos.

Use a converter to convert your videos to DPG, and play them with Moonshell2. Moonshell2 comes with a converter.
