    SmileBasic is one, it basically allows you to code your own programs in BASIC

    I already have smilebasic, I meant game dev tycoon, simulation game, not development. :)

    Have you tried other apps from the same company?(I know it's not for the 3DS, but some of the other games are good too!)

    Mobile device gaming seems to have taken a lot of these types of games away from the handheld market.
