Gaming another super mario bros brawl burning problem

Not sure if this is the right thread? i dont normally go on forums, but... need some help im trying to burn super mario bros brawl. heres some information..

for dvd first

i have a verbatim dvd + r dl
used imgburn
burned at 4 x speed
booked type the rom to dvd -
and did the layer break 2084960
and it burned successfully

now some wii information

i have a white wii with the game cube ports, it plays all my burned games
neogamma r9 b56
d2x 56 final v8
cios 249 is installed
wii softmod 4.3e

i think thats everything and the message i get is

error 03023a00
dvd + r bad burn dl problem

be much appreciated if anyone can help and tell me whats missing thanks
