Hacking Another question about cia files.

Hey all,
alright, i have installed rxtools and FBI on my 3ds and it is working, but if i am right, it can only install legit cia files, can i do something for this? I mean, is there any way to install non-legit cia files? Maybe with CFW? Can someone help me?

rxtools IS a cfw, you can install non-legit cia files.

what do you mean? you mean without cfw? well, because the legit ones come from a bundle, and because of that, ninty HAD to remove some checks. the legit ones are signed by ninty and use an universal sign id pr hpw dp ypu want to call it while the non-legit CIA aren't patched.

I still don't get it...
First i run rxtools, then i boot into emunand and then with fbi i am trying to install cia files. I have tried some cia files but the only files is working are these https://www.reddit.com/r/3dshacks/comments/40878s/3ds_legit_cia_list/

I was trying the whole time to install cia files via health and safety, but when i try to install fbi.cia, this won't work... I dont know what i am doing wrong...

try to go in system settings -> data management

That probably isn't it because when you don't have title.db/import.db in your SD card (or they're not repaired) you can't install ANY game, legit or not (well you can install them but they don't show up). Although some CIA installers will add them for you on your first install.

Now I can't install anything... Nothing works for a reason.
Fbi opens via health and safety but then the only program i could install was Bigblue (another cia installer) but it cant install nothing too.
Does someone know?

Partial downgrade causing problems? (Only a theory, never had these problems...)
Try updating your emunand, just in case! (You created an emunand, riiiight?)
