Gaming Anone DS?

What is Anone DS?

Google has no information about it besides things related to the ROM release. The only screenshot I could find was of a menu totally in Japanese. The only videos I could find were created solely to distribute the ROM.

The only thing I can gather is that the box art has a musical note, so it might be a music/rhythm game.
