Anime Idea!

I have a serious; honest to god idea for an anime!

The story goes like this:

Three little girls help an animal out, while that magical animal gives a big speech about the goodness of mankind and rewarding such generosity and kindness the girls have already wandered off, while three tipsy, balding, middle-aged businessmen stare at the creature, who is still giving a grandiose speech with his eyes closed.
The men whisper to each other "Am i so drunk that i can see animals talk now??"

The magical animal then finishes his speech, swings a magic wand to reward the girls, opens his eyes, looks in utter shock and disbelief as the magic from his wand turns these old guys into "Magical Girls" in frilly dresses, with wands, styled hair like card-captor sakura or maybe like Sailor Moon.

Now these men have to protect the animals of the world in that get-up and they are really bad at it early on. At first they hate it and dont like doing it, but then they grow to really love it and people around them just have to deal with it and not be so closed-minded.

i ACTUALLY like that idea. I like it even more now that im typing it out.

I have several ideas:

- roaches are in a small place where they defend against people, that they call "giants". they eventually discover bigger areas where more roaches are. I can call it: "Attack on Chitin".

- a man who pirates stuff online discovers a very expensive treasure, but only his niece knows how to get it. The show?
"One Niece".

- a man who finds a way to, as he puts it, "wipe out all the delinquents" by means of being a so-called "GOAT". his enemy is considered a loser, an "L". So, the name is called "Meh GOAT".

- a show where shiekah from the zelda series train in bright orange jumpsuits. And "sages" play a huge role. This one's called "Laruto".

- A show where some kid trains to be the best at poking everything by the time he is an adult: "Pokeyman".

- A show about pokemon trainers using flying types as members of team galactic amidst politics:
"Legend of the Galactic Fearows."

- A show about tkd easily picking apart grappling at its finest in combat sports:
"Jiu-Jitsu tries and fails."

- A show about a combative sports person who tries to look "ripped" as he beats people up:
"Hockey".

- a show where a Nintendo magazine calls out yu-gi-oh for being bad:
"Card Slayer: Famitsu says no to Kaiba"

- one about bizzare Ph.D curriculum and how it is nothing but conjecture:
"My Weirdo Academia"

There's a similar manga/anime about a salaryman who turns into a magical girl to fight evil, "Magical Girl Incident".

But there's a billion manga/anime out there so any given premise has at least a few, there's room for one more.
