Gaming Animal Crossing WW Full Catalog Cheat

How do I get the Full Catalog cheat to work in ACWW ? At what point do I press L+R+Down ? In the save room, at the Nintendo screen ?

Anyone get this cheat to work ?

it doesnt work fully. i tried, only gives me some items shown. if you want items use animal map.

Hey Wok, I have to disagree that you answered the question concerning on how and when to enable the cheat. Looking at your previous posts your resolution is to use animal map, along with "the cheat doesn't allow you to buy anything from Nook's. "

That certainly doesn't answer the question as to when to press the button combination to enable the cheat.

I guess my question still stands, when do I press the button combination of L+R+Down to enable the full catalog cheat ? I mean I can jam buttons all night long, but if someone knows at what point to do it, it'd probably save wear and tear on my DS.

Its nice to meet some guy that corrects you if you are wrong, but still:
There is already a topic for this.

Is it plossible the is a mistake in the cheatfile?
You can use Yasu patch i heard that that is "upgrading" some cheats!
I hope this is what you are looking for if not correct me again and i will look that i will find the answer!!

So as iPikachu said i advice ou animal map to fix this problem.
We still can talk about the "cheat" problem

theres no catalog cheat
only a hack
and the hack is
use AnimalMap
if u have a flashcart
i don't know how to get a save file
from a real copy of a game

so yeah
use AnimalMap

Easy does it Wok, I searched the board and didn't come up with anything, hence my post. If you have the thread that talks about this, please post the URL, as I was unable to find it, but I'll continue to look.
I wasn't trying to correct you, but my question wasn't answered.

Orange - there's a cheat for this in the updated cheat db for the Cyclos Card, that's why i'm asking about it. I mean it's there, I'd think it work in some way, or at least freeze or brick my game.

Maybe you can compare the code from your cheat.dat or whatever with a .xml
If there is a differenc and the .xml works with nitrohax (from crishm) the card firmware has got a mistake!

About animalmap: Its a secondary solution for a problem. That maybe aswered the question "how"!

I did get this from Narin in an other topic:

Narin : iT mostly depends on your flashcard. While not all cheats may work, many of them do.. The cheats that don't work end up mostly due to the flashcard not supporting some code types or have a buggy cheat system like the R4DS, M3 Simply, M3 Real, etc.

That comes back to :"Why the cheat does not work!"
I hope you understood that the R4,M3 ect. have some buges and thats why it does not work.
You still can use animalmap for this problem or maybe yasu.
Sorry you can forget to get this cheat working on r4 if you have that flashcard

I actually ended up finding a save on gamefaqs that had a character with a full catalog.
What I did was put that save on my AC:WW cart using a homebrew WiFi save backup utility [Rudolph's Utility ? I forget the name].

My ultimate goal was to have a mule in my AC City Folk game [import the character using the DS Suitcase] that had a full catalog of AC WW items [minus the museum stuff, and the new items introduced in the game]. That save file did it for me.
