animal crossing now loading - says needs update?

i did install 2.05 but its still the same?
update - it doesnt get past the nintendo switch screen logo on bottom right and top left???

the software was closed because of an error content"

is it to do with the save file? how do i get delete that or update

How is your SD card formatted?

Most likely it's not related to the savefile.
It's either that your missing the latest sigpatches or you have installed some extra stuff to the game.
As far as I can remember, some expansion packs can broke my game and just removing them solved the issue.
Maybe those were bad expension packs or something.

It could be that your sigpatches for atmosphere are out of date or it needs a new update. I would suggest a website like Ziperto.com, they have a great catalog of these for each game, just be careful that you click the right link and have a VPN on (For game update files).

i am also getting it again from t**pro but its the same....

downloaded signpatches/atmosphere from here again and same issue
also other games work

i think you are right, i was downloading "game saves" via injectors on tinfoil etc and possibly other addons - i have no idea how to delete them,...
