Did you try Castlevania in handheld mode or docked? I am curious about games that use a stylus, especially in docked mode.

While fine to ask about such games as a "just so you know" then many of these games have hacks to allow for non touchscreen play, in the case of Castlevania http://www.romhacking.net/hacks/3408/ (and there is a lesser take on it for the Japanese edition). Zelda and Starfox also have options here.

No problem.

Is it safe to leave the switch in the dock to recharge? How will it handle the “screen always on” over time?
I think you can put it in your dock and press the power button and let it charge with the screen off? i didn't try it, but sounds right

Another nice plus is that psx-rearmed has a working dynarec here. So you can easily run psx games at fullspeed with dithering at zero overclock ("balanced" profile.) Reicast also runs fullspeed at the same profile. On top of Amiga (which you can also do in Horizon) you now have other computer options like Atari ST and easier to set up dosbox. Its too bad it sounds like dolphin isn't doing so hot, so you still need lakka to push the system to its emulation limits.

Gamemasteru03,

Is it possible to repartition my current 512gb to boot into Android, but still be able to boot into Switch OS with SX OS?

Currently not, you only can install android on a separate sd, but this will be possible soon i guess.

I can't install 32 GB image on my 32 GB card, I had to use 16 GB image. is there an way to expand the root partition to fill the rest of SD card space?

I hope so. 512gb is enough for Switch games + Androud in my opinion, and I don't want to have to swap microSD cards.

Yes but you have to use a different sd card.

You have to mount system before flashing it.

this is what you mean by mounting the system, right? making sure that first box is ticked, or am i mistaken? i can't get it to work successfully. I'm using a 32 gb msd and the 32 gb android img

were you getting invalid argument error? i'm also using a 32 gb sd and am trying to get to the bottom of this.

edit: it was the sd card

Anyone tried running Wii, Gamecube, or Sega Saturn ?

I don't remember how lakka performance was with Dolphin when I tested it, so I can't compare. But I had Twilight Princess, Wind Waker, Double Dash, and Melee(PAL) more or less playable. I even pushed 720 internal on some of them with minimal stutter after a minor emulated CPU clock (75%?). If they can get openGL working it'd probably be even better since right now it's vulkan only. Tying to use the joycons is still a mess. Some light Wii games might work but I think we're all starting to learn the hard way that 2GHZ really isn't enough CPU overhead for Dolphin. Hope this helps.

it gets to the very end and then balenaetcher just gives "unknown error" and the card doesn't have any partitions

I think my card is just a few mb too small for the image so i flashed the 16 GB image and it worked, just need to expand the filesystem afterward

Oh I just looked over your error log again and it seems the reason that it is not working is because data is not mounted. So you want to tick all the boxes and then it should work.
