Android: Installing apps and synch it on multiple devices

What i want:

I have 4 Android devices with the same google account

I want to install 1 app on 1 device and have it installed on the other 3 aswell, without actually installing them on each device seperate 1 by 1.

I know i can do this with Apple devices, does it also work with Android?
