Hacking an execption ocurred (randomly)

hi guys, i have an new 3ds xl modded with last tutorial and tools and works fine. but, in some times randomly in some point on some game (all random) , the "execption" escreen apears.... and turn off the console.

i test it the microsd card and no encounters any problem writing or reading (128gb sandisk and 128gb kingston) is too much randomly. for expamle in 7 hour of playing mirror of fate, the error apears 1 time only. warriors of hyrule, in 1 hour , 1 time.... cheats are cause of posible crashes? the cheats working fine too during all game

any idea for investigating?
