If you dont have the arm11 exception handler turned off in luma, and you install a game that requires you to download the seed for it, it will throw an arm11 exception, some games stick at the 3ds logo, to fix this you have to go into fbi, go to titles and find the game in question, select it and go to import seed, and profit.
