Hacking An error occurred (ErrDisp) (Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright)

After 6 hours of gameplay i got this error screen, i tried to reboot and play through this part many times but it always crashes, it doesn't crash at the same exact point but rather after the same in real life time.
I have CFW and have played other titles without errors, i have no idea how to fix this.

Try playing the game in (older) Luma3DS v9.1, latest v10.1.3 or newer, and luma-hourlies.
