I recently encountered a problem with my 2DS. In fact, I was playing Pokémon Y when during a save the game crashed, leaving only the sound and a stopped image. I then wanted to restart my console, but since then none of the games downloaded on the SD card work, I no longer have access to the store. So I tried the classic technique like formatting the SD card, putting the documents back, changing the firm folder. I think the problem is related to the Pokémon games but I don't know where to locate it in the document.

So other digital games work only Pokemon games don't? Or just Pokémon Y because it crashed when it was saving? Unfortunately if the latter, and your save was corrupted when that happened there's nothing you can do other than to delete the save and start from scratch.

no, the problem is related to all the applications or games that are on the SD card. I stated the Pokemon game because the problem appeared only at that time.

This is very unclear. Are you saying all your installed apps are no longer appearing on your Home menu?

I have never heard of people "changing the firm folder" before.

Sorry if I express myself badly. Basically I have all the games that are displayed as well as everything that is shop etc. but no matter what software game I launch that comes from the SD card the problem is displayed directly. As for the firm, I had seen on the Internet that if we modified and put the more recent boot.firm folder it could work unfortunately it did not work.

Do you mean you get an "ErrDisp" message whenever you try to launch anything?

You may find and answer at https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Error_screens/Luma3DS_exception_screen or https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Error_screens/Luma3DS_ErrDisp .

Please familiarize yourself with the distinction between the terms "folder", "file", and "document". It may make your posts easier to understand.

Alain sorry, I'm not at all basic English, so I can easily reverse words. As for the sites you sent me, the problem displayed is not exactly the same. Indeed another mistake on my part I forgot to specify that it is written "The SD card was removed. " and "Press any button to reboot. ". so there is only the error message and these two messages that are written and nothing else. And I can certify that I have never removed the SD card when launching games, and knowing that the games are displayed, I find it weird. I suppose the SD card must be corrupted, but by what I don't know.

SD card corruption happens all too frequently.

You said before you "tried the classic technique like formatting the SD card, putting the documents back", but did you run h2testw on the empty card after you formatted it?
