Hacking An error has occurred

I've been using this video as a method of downloading some mods to my 3DS:

However I've done this before. I reset my whole system and even deleted the Hacks. however after 3 months later, I can't do it anymore. After I click Data management - DSiWare - SD Card, the 3DS brings me to the home menu with an error and restarts the system. I later found out that when removing the hacks, the 3DS won't install them anymore.. Is there a way I can fix this?

There is no reason to ever uninstall custom firmware once installed ("Start from scratch!" and the like), but if one is dead set on doing this, the proper way with all the checks is on The Guide as well:

YouTube or any other video guides are often bad and/or outdated and/or missing important background information or crucial steps. Those mediocre (at best) videos shamelessly try to generate revenue (YouTube advertising money) from other people's creations (homebrew, exploit and CFW developers) as well as all people involved in creating and maintaining 3ds.hacks.guide.

It would be a cruel punishment having to watch all of these videos, to keep track of them and be able to actually judge if they are usable or not.

To make anybody active in the 3DS section on GBAtemp the life easier and increase the probability to get help, please use only the official guide.

There still are alternatives in pure software. If all else fails use fire ntrboot.
