ROM Hack "An Error Has Occurred, Please hold down power button"

So i download the ACNL NTR Plugin but whenever i go into ACNL it keep saying "An Error Has Occurred, Please hold down power button" help anyone?

It says to only use codes whilst still at the main menu or whilst indoors. Don't use to much at once as the overflow of ram will cause your game to crash. And if you keep Tring the cheats whilst outdoors you'll keep getting a crash report

No, when i boot into ntr it takes me to home menu, then i go into ACNL where the train loading is then it just says "An Error Has Occurred, Please hold down power button"

Things to try:
-Updating your BootNTR (and preferably use BootNTR Selector)
-redownload the plugin
-use a different version of NTR (3.2, 3.3, or 3.4). I personally use 3.3 on my 2DS.

IN addition to what @KunoichiZ said, you might also want to check for conflicting plugins. Sometimes software would rather just quit then attempt to work in tandem.
