Hacking An Error has occurred (CE-30129-5)?

I enter Debug menu on fw 6.72 and when I enter Game to Install I receive this pop up notification "An error has occurred (CE-30129-5)" any way to fix this?

I'm installing games from a 128gb usb drive to my ps4 hdd. Games install fine except a few that failed

As far as I know, this error always occurs (for everyone on 6.72) and it's nothing to worry about. Whenever I enter Debug Settings/Game this error message pops up. I also don't think it is currently possible to get rid of this error message.

You can check youtube videos of people installing games on 6.72 and you will notice that they too receive this error message.

This error message popup was fixed in recent release versions of mira. Like you said it is nothing to worry about, just ignore it and carry on.
