an AP patch for tomodachi collection?

I'm trying out a translation in development for the Spanish game. The translation is already included in the ROM, but the problem is the AP. I've seen several patches, but they all include the English patch, which I'm not interested in. If anyone only has the AP patch, I'd appreciate it. (I apologize if the English isn't good, I have to use the translator, lol.)

You'll need to AP-patch the clean ROM with DS-Scene ROM Tool before applying the translation patch to the AP-patched ROM.

The issue would be that, the translation does not come as a patch, it comes already integrated into the ROM and it is still VERY early (barely a pre-alpha worked on by a very small group) that is why I was asking if there was a way to get the patch to test it, even so I will ask this team if there is a patch to apply directly to a clean ROM
