Hacking Amiibo not working on CFW

I've been having alot of trouble with Amiibo on my CFW 2ds. (that means i have to use the nfc reader thing)
The Amiibo settings will only sometimes pickup the Amiibo, even though the light on the scanner is flashing, Happy Home Designer crasges when scanning an amiibo and i have to do a hard reset on the console, New Leaf won't pick up the amiibo, but the light on the scanner will flash. Smash Bros is the only game that will pick up my amiibo.
If someone knows the issue and can help that'd be great!
(yes, i know i should ask in Hardware, and i did, but got no responses)

Is your amiibo design for Smash Bros.? I do know that some of them are Game-Specific. the other thing to try, ONLY as a last resort, is to backup the amiibo data and reset it, I have read that the amiibo can only have the data for 1 game only...

I have 2 Smash compatible Amiibo and 8 Animal Crossing compatible Amiibo, (1 figure, 7 cards)

If I already have Super Smash Bros. for Wii U or Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS game data saved on an amiibo, can I still use that amiibo in other compatible games?

Beyond this, i dont think i will be much help. as i have only use amiibo for Smash.(1 Zelda and 1 Link)
