Homebrew Ambassador Program legit .cia file can exist?

Install on sysNAND, and emuNAND if you want to be able to play GBA games on it.
If a9lh, install normaly.

After AGB_FIRM installed, install GBA VC games on your SD Card.

I see... I use just sysNAND though.
Will this also work for the Ambassador Certificate itself, or...

The certificate itself is regular 3DS software (a video cia, in fact) so you don't need double installs or patched kernels.

It's just cosmetic and unrelated to any other ambassador release!

Haha, yeah, I know that, but I'd still like to have it... It's about the principle
Is it possible to just install it using NASA? I've tried several EU ones (since my 3DS is EU) but not a single one of them worked...

Well, you would need to be on 9.2 or under and run Pasta first...

I'm on 10.3, and I was able to install Tomodachi Life just fine...

(Why not backup all saves you can with svdt, do a factory reset, and downgrade?)

they're not that hard to find. Just make sure you patch AGB FIRM if you intend to play any gba games besides the 10 ambassador ones.

I already have a 3DS with CFW, but I'd like the Ambassador Certificate on my "main" 3DS too.
Does this mean the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Certificate is not available as a legit cia?

Correct, legit cias for all consoles are only the preinstalled games on bundles!

(Anything someone got from the eshop can also be converted into a legit cia, but it will be only usable on that console)
