I don't know how it is on the ps4, but on the ps3, there's no error code. you just get a message that the account or system has been suspended from psn. you can check the account by signing into it online on sony's official site. it will error if you're banned.

According to a very quick google search, C-82E01050 is due to an account flag. Likely a required password reset. Sign in from a PC and reset your password.
