How about one that isn't extremely overpriced for what you get?

Yeah seriously, I was thinking of getting an Alienware a while back, I was building it on their site and noticed that the RAM I was adding was costing me three time more then standard retail. As was almost everything else. Thats when I decided to just build the thing myself.

Make your own custom PC< its the best way to go. If your not sure what to buy or how to put the stuff together, you can use google, or you can ask me/us(GBAtempers), just tell us what your gonna use it for gaming, browsing the internet, watching movies etc.

Alienware: They can overprice there shit cuz they have basically no competition
VoodooPC: Never even heard of it, sounds crappy.

Well if you have the money for any one, i guess I would suggest the voodooPC based purely on the aesthetics. Alienwares are typically ugly. I know nothing about performance though....
