Hacking Akaio Saves

How to i port saves to work with my acekard. I have the saves in the same folder with teh same name as rom in question, but they refuse to show up.
Ex:
Pokemon Diamond.nds
Pokemon Diamond.sav
But it doesnt load. Help please?

Check your System Options

Make sure you save ext is .sav , not .nds.sav under file system setting.
You can reveal the files on you microsd card by setting the file list type to nds + sav

Also make sure the region is the same.

Some don't like it if you use saves from different regions.

For Pokemon the regions are ok
try .SAV
