I know you guy's don't have a ewin expansion card or a 8 gb micro-SD card to test.
ever thought of opening a pay-pal account for donation's.
I would easily send you guy's a twenty, and I'm sure other's would donate a couple buck's to help the cause.

It would be cool if people could either donate to general development,
or to certain feature's. with the cash going to any developer who hop's
on board to solve a problem.

Yeah, this sounds like a good idea. I would also donate (maybe not much, but everything helps

), and you would be able to buy new hardware. It wouldn't mean you would have to add support for new hardware, but at least you would be able to.

Btw, AKAIO works great for me on my AceKard 2

Oh, I still have a question. I understand how the AceKard R.P.G. and AceKard 2 are similar, meaning that the same software could run on it. But what about AceKard + support? Is that cart also similar to other AceKard products? What about other carts? Would it be possible for the poor R4 owners to use AKAIO some day, or isn't that possible at all?

- Can you make possible to update cheat.dat? It's faster than a xml, and it doesn't give problems like usrcheat.dat.
- The new cheat engine is almost perfect, but these codes for 2019 - Naruto: Ninja Destiny - EUR do not work anymore:

Thank you for posting the exact codes that aren't working, This makes it alot easier for us (me) too fix things.

Download play isnt my area of expertise as i don't have wifi yet.

I thought there was an option too download CHEAT.DAT instead of USRCHEAT.DAT ?? maybe i'm imagining it?

EDIT: After closer inspection of those cheats, I can't even make sense of what those cheats are trying too do. According too my documentation those cheats do some random crap which seems to do nothing at all. No writes to ram or anything which means they shouldn't ever have worked.

It only says CHEAT.XML or USRCHEAT.DAT. I also wanted to download CHEAT.DAT.
Although I'm not sure what's the difference between the encrypted (CHEAT.DAT) and unencrypted (USRCHEAT.DAT).

Actually. usrcheat.dat problems on the RPG I think have been fixed, believe it or not. I loaded the same usrcheat.dat that was freezing up on 1.1r2 with Final Fantasy IV, but it loaded and read the cheats into a list just fine. We're compiling the akmenu4.nds with an older DevkitARM, which is what also fixed the unicode problems for Japanese/Chinese/some other languages' display.

CHEAT.DAT is 3 megs to download. I'm sure it can be and I mean I can just add it to the plugin. All you have to do in AKAIO's UpdateDB menu is select the "show on load" option, which will display the wifi window when the plugin loads. Then, if i Add Cheat.dat to the plugin, you can select it there before downloading.

yay future expansion that i'm in no hurry to do. USRCHEAT.DAT seems to work now.

Oh smiths, your firmware is a lot of better than the official one, don't be so angry; AKAIO > ALL.
But it's just a bit annoying for myself... - I got a AKRPG to have 1GB more space, but I can't copy my DS Roms into it. I just can't understand why every file, except .nds files, is working.

I LOVE your AKAIO 1.2 Firmware. It's, except of this sad bug, much better than the official one.

Btw.: I really thank you for your hard work, it's the best firmware ever.

Thanks for your great job guys. It is working fine and previous probs with cheats in beta 2 are magically gone ;-)

minor glitches :

- Files properties last change time gives me wrong results ( it show up like GMT-12 from inside my ACE RPG )

- in some (rare) cases i've got truncate name for sav file with 0 bytes after changing both sav type and rom name type ( related perhaps to path and space in file name like Legend of zelda give me an empty Leg file )

Strange enough i can't reproduce these glitches right now after further investigations except the date thing ^^

It was perhaps related to corruption of my card and occurs somehow with Slot copy Copy paste and Sav file with specials caracters perhaps related to folder name ? ( i've got a +NDS/ folder in the first place ) some copies were only visible after re-entering the folder now it works ... just fine !

I'm getting a white/black screen on Final Fantasy IV/Animal Crossing: Wild World. Changing the save-types isn't helping this time :/

Edit: In the next release, can you change GBA saves to just .sav?

And add "Never" to the NOR mode as a safety precaution... Auto worries me.

Updating the Database worked for me. Try disabling "Show What's New"

some problemas with GBA save in some games...

cause i Lost my save 1452 - Metroid Zero Mission... no worry, i have backups

but, EVER I start a new save, works fine... I run other gba game... when I return to Metroid, it says the save data was corrupted!!

some other games erase the savedata too, like 1920 - Race Gears Advance, 1728 - GTA Advance...

in GTA Advance, old save was corrupted, but, new ones remain ok...

I already did that before. It still doesn't work with/with out the Show What's New.

Ok and now..... here is the "German Language File" for AKAIO 1.2! It´s based on the English.txt that comes with this release.
Everthing should work now, also the Help Screen. Was a bitch to translate that all

The Old "offical" Language Files was corrupted!
99% is translated! Some Words i couldn´t translate because the Screen is to Small

But i think most of the Germans understand perceptions like e.g , Save, Cut.....

I tested it with AK2!
