The question is how are they going to tell if you have a flashcard or not?
They'll be suspicious when they smell rum on his breath.

...?

You're going to have to explain that one to me.
Well rum is associated with pirates so...

As all the Other have Said, They really couldnt give a shit.

China: OK, Airpots Attended there? Beijing Capital, Shanghai Pudong, and Guangzhou Baiyuan
US: OK, went through The Capital's Airport, Washing Dulles or IAD

I wonder if my sis was alright with her Acekard 2i. The last text I got before she went to Canda was SYSTEM FILE MISSING. lol. I forgot to put the system files on her microSD. lol.

She's enjoying her stay in Canada as we speak but I need to know how she got pass the airport security with her laptop and her DSi XL with Acekard 2i

I don't think it's airport security's job to deal with anything involved with copyright infringement. They're just paid to make sure you're cleared to enter the terminal.

If they confiscate your flash cart, its most likely one of the following reasons:

They're angry/hate their job and want to take it out on you/other people by making them miserable.
or
The have a strong virtue/sense of justice an unnecessarily believes bootlegging is a crime worthy of punishment and wants to do the right thing despite it not being any of their business.

In both scenarios, they require general knowledge about flash carts and know how to tell them apart from retail games. As easy as that sounds, pretty much 100% of the people I've talked to in real life didn't know what the hell a flashcart is/was, and 95% of the people I know online that aren't apart any pirating communities don't know either.

Translation: Don't worry about it.

Yeah they really dont care. Most of them probably dont know what it is.

Now unless they are specifically looking for them, which they wont be, they arent going to look for them and/or take them.

See its different like if you were going to Belieze trying to take pepsi into the country. They would be looking for that and take it in an instant.
