Hacking AGB_FIRM Patch & rxTools question.

Hey guys i have a little question. I know the rxTools does not need the gba firm patch but i found a version of it whic boots gba roms with the gba BIOS logo. I really like that!
If i install it both on emu&sysnand will it damage the actual patch rxTools uses?

I'm pretty sure the latest versions have a built in option for the bios splash screen

In Settings, you have "Show AGB_FIRM BIOS"

I have rxTools 3.0 Nightlies and on the menu it has the option, actually, since 3.0 beta 2 version it already has the option
