Yeah i did. Takes a while to load as you probably already know. Even after you get the devmenu installed and don't need to hold L, it takes a few tries. Most tries was literally 8. It's annoying.

EDIT: not sure if this might be helpful but make sure to check your 3ds ip when you go into cfw. Not sure if this might be the case but my IP address was different from when I couldn't get it to work. I mean, it was xxx.xxx.1.18 and for some reason I felt to check it again when I was in cfw (and connected to wifi) and it was xxx.xxx.1.16 so idk maybe check to make sure.

dude!!!!!!!! at last after 1 week.. and I was about to give up and just buy a gateway i successfully installed the cursed DEvMenu.. :hrth: Thank you

Haha awesome man but I don't see why you're thanking me lol
I'm still gonna get a gateway tho but this is still pretty cool nonetheless.

You're very apparently not following instructions if it's taken you 16 hours of attempts and still don't have this ironed out. It's not the easiest thing in the world to get set up, but it certainly shouldn't take more than a single afternoon.

As far as those who are having difficulty pushing over dev menu, make SURE that your windows firewall is turned off, as well as your router firewall. Both of these can and will interfere with the process, as it's not normal to just push binary data like this, and it can and will cause firewalls to freak out, and kill the transfer before anything makes it over the network. Obviously turn these back on immediately after the transfer's done though.

But serious though man, are you going to sit there and pretend palatines instructions are easy to follow? Lets be real here, they are quite vague and obscure with little to no explanation on some of the steps (perhaps English is not his first language? I was advised to travel a few pages back to where someone rewrote them a little clearer AND it was only then i successfully got it to work.
