Homebrew after cubic ninja

recently, I launched homebrew successfully on my 11.6 3ds xl.
I wonder if there is a way to launch homebrew without the cubic ninja card or transfer the content to sd card
cuz I want to edit the files of other game cards

Homebrew on 11.6 requires ninjahax or cfw. You cannot convert a gamecard to an installed format without cfw.
You should be able to dump the rom with braindump, but you won't be able to run it directly on 3ds.
If by edit the files of other game cards you mean create mods, you should be able to use the dumped rom and hans.

Much of this will be much easier if you get cfw. Many would recommend selling cubic ninja to buy a ntrboot compatible flashcard or seedminer (ntrboot is easier but more expensive)
