Huh yeah I never heard of it coming in two parts, unless you mean you downloaded a file that was split in 2 parts.

If the file you downloaded came in 2 parts, select both of them and extract them.

Roms that are usually split in two are dumps that are 4gb or higher... I watched a video 2 weeks ago. If I find it ill let you know

on sky3ds blue button.
no 2 parts.

i've played 4gb roms ( RE revelations\ donkey kong country returns ) in my Sky3ds without any problem

I bet OP meant he downloaded a 4GB file that was split in half.
Or that he used a rom bigger than 4GB on FAT32
