Adrenaline USB Enabler Doesn't Work

So this plugin does nothing, at least in the Project Diva Extend Dreamy Theater Connection App, required to connect to PS3 game to authenticate and import data. I've tried inside and outside of Adrenaline. Are there additional steps to enable the connection?

Update: Accidentally found an undocumented step. You have to boot Adrenaline into Recovery (Hold R) and enable USB (stays enabled for only that Vita boot session). Then you can launch the PSP game inside or outside of Adrenaline. Got the Project Diva Extend Dreamy Theater Connection app to connect to PS3.
