Adobe Illustrator tips ??

Hi,
I'm kind a Adobe Illustrator Rookie but I'm happy that I thought some stuff about the Pen tool.
But I want to improve my skills. Here I have a drawing I finished yesterday:

I'm not really happy about the shading and the lines :S because some lines are not really rounded nicely.
so I thought maybe someone has some tips or a tutorial for me ??

You're problem's solved if you search it in youtube. There you can find and watch some Adobe Illustrator tips.

Just type this on the youtube search box: Adobe Illustrator tips
Look at the videos provided and watch it, if you didn't understand, then search for more videos that are less complicated.
