Homebrew Adding Emuflows

I want to add emuflow 9 has outlined in mastershoes covers thread under the turboduo jewel cases.

What .ini file do I need to add this to and where is it located?

Consider this a bump of sorts.

I've started adding my PCE games to WiiFlow recently, and I would like to know this as well.

You add it to your theme.ini, located in wiiflow/themes. If you have multiple themes, you have to add it to each.
